Work Model
Work is structured around concrete tasks and objectives, prioritizing results over time tracking. Our team enjoys flexible hours, provided legal limits and commitments are met. When tasks exceed estimates, we subdivide them, ask for support, or readjust planning.

Leadership
Our leadership is based on non-intrusive support, availability for unblocking, and evaluation by impact rather than presence. We aim to develop technical judgment in our teams and actively avoid micromanagement.

Training & Development
Internal training is based primarily on self-directed learning. We provide time during working hours for optional training and access to real projects as the main source of learning. Each person is responsible for identifying their own training needs.

Performance Evaluation
Performance is evaluated based on the quality of delivered solutions, problem-solving ability, autonomy, communication of blockers, and project impact. We conduct periodic reviews with management for structured feedback.

Internships & Juniors
Internships are a mutual evaluation stage centered on potential rather than previous knowledge. We prioritize high intellectual curiosity, initiative, and critical thinking. While juniors receive team support, we expect a high degree of progressive self-management.

Internal Innovation
We support internal initiatives where employees can propose their own projects, with possibilities for partial or total funding and access to external investors (VCs). Viron acts as a technological partner to foster value creation beyond daily operative work.
