We despise open-ended billing as much as you do. We work primarily on a fixed-fee per milestone basis or clear monthly retainers. No surprise invoices, no hidden maintenance fees. If a third-party software (like OpenAI or AWS) incurs usage costs, you pay them directly at cost.
We are not married to Microsoft, Google, or OpenAI. We select the technology stack that best solves your specific problem, whether it's a closed-source frontier model or an open-source model running on your own servers.
