Is it only for customer support?
No. Our assistants are used for sales, client onboarding, internal employee support, proposal generation, contract analysis and many other cases. The use case is defined by you.
Are conversation data private?
Yes, with the correct configuration. We work with options that do not send conversation data to OpenAI for training, and can deploy in private cloud environments or on-premise.
How much does it cost per conversation?

Can we integrate the assistant with our CRM or database?
