How quickly do I see results from a consulting engagement?
The full roadmap is yours in 4 weeks. The first implementable quick wins are identified during the consulting itself — most companies we work with have their first initiative running in production 8-12 weeks after closing the roadmap.
How much does AI implementation cost for an SME?
Depends on scope. Strategic consulting is €14,000-22,000 and gives you clarity. Subsequent implementation projects typically start at €25,000 and scale with complexity. Our rule: never recommend more investment than the projected ROI can justify within 18 months.
What exactly is an AI Readiness audit?
A structured assessment of three dimensions: data (what you have, quality, accessibility), processes (which decisions are made manually and which have a clear pattern) and culture (how prepared leadership and teams are to adopt AI day-to-day). Output is a scorecard with green/amber/red areas and a plan to close the red ones before investing in AI.
Does AI work for my sector?

Do I need clean data before starting?
No. Data quality is part of what we assess in the audit. In many cases the first 3 months of the roadmap are exactly data plumbing work before models can apply. Cleaning up data without knowing what you will use it for is wasted effort — first the use case, then the data.
Do you work with companies outside Murcia?
Yes. Murcia is our operational base, but we serve clients across Spain and the EU remotely. On-site sessions are scheduled when the project justifies it.
